Always trying to book this class and finally did. This sound healing class is a must do at least once a week, it helps relax the mind from the chaos of the day. Almost an hour of detaching from the world, feels like floating in air or water. I fell asleep in between. I recommend Shivam’s class

Excellent class. The instructor explained everything clearly, demonstrated each movement well, and made sure to give every participant individual attention to execute the exercises correctly. She also provided thoughtful adjustments for both beginners and more advanced participants. Some of the movements—especially being upside down—can feel intimidating, but in this class I felt safe and supported throughout.
