Deep Stretch & Wheel Yoga
First time trying Wheel Yoga & Stretch with Shantanu, and I loved it. The combination of the wheel, blocks, and rope gave such a deep, satisfying stretch. Shantanu is very patient, knowledgeable, and clearly knows his craft well. At this age, this is exactly the kind of mobility work my body needs. Definitely coming back for more.

Yin Yoga with Red Light
The class is super relaxing and I absolutely recommend it. The studio is a hidden gem as well. The building entry rules are not that great, you have to submit your original EID to get into the lift lobby. If not, you call someone from the studio to let you in. this is easily fixable if the building management accepts the booking confirmation and copy of the EID.

Mat Pilates Fusion
Mat Pilates is the real deal! I’ve been doing reformer Pilates for months, but mat Pilates is definitely more challenging for me. Shivanshi somehow makes you do more without pushing you too much, which I really appreciated. There were only two of us in the class, so it felt almost like a private session with plenty of attention. Nice atmosphere, good location, and great facilities. Definitely a different kind of challenge from reformer, and I loved it!
