    Carbon Classic

    Cole is an excellent coach, and the programming Carbon Strength uses is top notch. I’m a former Crossfitter and appreciate the strength+conditioning focus but without the insane volume and soreness. Believe me, I still get sore, but not so sore that I can’t walk for most of the week!

    Late Night Lifting Class

    Mistie was so professional & considerate! As soon as I walked in, she was giving a slight tour of the place & started explaining their process. Apparently, M/T workouts are upper body & W/Th are lower body days. She starts class with a full walkthrough of the 3 circuits, each with 3 excercises of their own. There's a whiteboard with each exercise to help remind us of what comes next. Since the classes are capped at 10 people, Mistie was able to help each of us with our form & modifications throughout which as a complete beginner, I needed a lot of. I even learned to roll the muscles we worked after!

    HIIT Squad

    This session was so worth it. I felt welcomed and encouraged to challenge myself. This was my first time in a long time working out. I am very out of shape and felt intimidated approaching the gym. The coach/trainer challenged me to go heavier on my weights to build more muscle. I didn’t know I had it in me to go as far as I did. I’m sore AF and feel very satisfied. I will be back!

    Strong & Lean - Full Body

    Hunter was great! It’s nice to have a smaller class it allowed Hunter to work with individuals on proper technique/form to ensure participants desired results and goals are achieved. I will definitely return and even try some of the other great classes that are available!

    On Ramp

    A solid workout that wasn’t overwhelming. Alex was so friendly and welcoming and paid great attention to form. I love that they have the on ramp program for people who are just getting started or getting back into CrossFit after a long break. Takes the intimidation factor away. Will definitely go back.
