すべてのレビューを表示Great gym, helpful owner, friendly people. Did 2 classes this week and loved both. Pushed me to my limits and felt awesome. Had some modifications and you can go at your own pace, nothing intimidating. Just pure fun and a lot of work! Highly recommend.

すべてのレビューを表示Mistie was so professional & considerate! As soon as I walked in, she was giving a slight tour of the place & started explaining their process. Apparently, M/T workouts are upper body & W/Th are lower body days. She starts class with a full walkthrough of the 3 circuits, each with 3 excercises of their own. There's a whiteboard with each exercise to help remind us of what comes next. Since the classes are capped at 10 people, Mistie was able to help each of us with our form & modifications throughout which as a complete beginner, I needed a lot of. I even learned to roll the muscles we worked after!

すべてのレビューを表示This session was so worth it. I felt welcomed and encouraged to challenge myself. This was my first time in a long time working out. I am very out of shape and felt intimidated approaching the gym. The coach/trainer challenged me to go heavier on my weights to build more muscle. I didn’t know I had it in me to go as far as I did. I’m sore AF and feel very satisfied. I will be back!

I love that they have the on ramp program for people who are just getting started or getting back into CrossFit after a long break. Takes the intimidation factor away. Will definitely go back.
