I really appreciates his sharing with us some of what he learned there and working with different mudras and breath work and with more of the ancient practices. I felt much more connected and grounded during the class and even though it was hard I welcomed the discipline.

すべてのレビューを表示Celeste is wonderful. so welcoming and warm. her voice and the way she leads class is beautiful for yin practice (but I'm sure she's great in other styles). tonight I entered with a clouded mind and stiff body from traveling. I left more at peace than I have been in weeks and my body feeling more grounded. so grateful.

The class was challenging but I hardly noticed because he kept it moving and interesting. It wasn’t a hot class since the heater wasn’t working, but I prefer that anyway

すべてのレビューを表示I felt so held and safe by both Brittanie & the aerial silks. I have some fear of going upside down from an injury falling on my head as a kid and she was so kind and supportive! I couldn’t believe all the cool things I got to experience within just a brief 1-hour intro class!! I swear I feel taller too! My spine is so decompressed. It was like a normal yummy yoga flow mixed with lots of awesome supports and assists from the silks plus we learned a couple of cool tricks! Highly recommend!!!
