すべてのレビューを表示This was one of the most approachable yoga classes I’ve taken! Kalki described each pose/asana in detail and provided some adjustments. It was less of a typical sun a and sun b flow and more-so many unrepeated collections of short sections, each focusing on different things. Would recommend for anyone!
