すべてのレビューを表示This was my first reformer Pilates class in about 10 years and Isabelle did a wonderful job explaining the reformer and how she cues. She did each move on the reformer before her cue so I knew exactly what to do. The class was HARD and she was very encouraging!!

すべてのレビューを表示Jenny is excellent! She’s patient with beginners, clear in her instructions and offers some added challenges for those who want a little more. She pays such close attention to each person in the class to ensure you really get the most benefit from each exercise. I’m discovering so many different muscles that I didn’t even know I’ve ignored for most of my life!
