すべてのレビューを表示You can’t go wrong with any of the instructors at Rooted Heart! Every class I’ve taken here delivers exactly what I need. Luke was amazing! Every instructor has a deep respect for the practice and I really appreciate all the modification options for poses. Shout out to Rumi too, her Breathe & Flow classes are so grounding and beautiful. Luke’s Foundational Flow class was perfect for winding down from a hot and busy day. The space is lovely, and there’s good AC for hot days. Everything you could want in a yoga studio plus more!

Somehow very accessible yet definitely a step beyond most classes I’ve taken in terms of the care taken to integrate both physical and non-physical practice. Very unique methodology (to me) particularly before moving into the flow portion. Very kind, knowledgeable, and patient teacher. Calm atmosphere. Bummed I can’t come more often because of the time!
