It had been a while since my last wax, so I was pretty nervous, but she took her time, explained everything, and made the process much easier than I expected. The wax was much less painful than my previous experiences at other places, which really impressed me. Her professionalism and gentle approach made all the difference. I highly recommend booking with Stephany if you're looking for someone who truly cares about her clients and provides excellent service. I'll definitely be coming back!

She makes the entire experience so comfortable and easy, and she’s such a great conversationalist. We end up yapping the whole appointment, so I barely even have time to focus on the fact that I’m getting waxed 😂. She’s professional, personable, and really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect.
