The owner herself did my last lift and it was a great first experience (I was so relaxed that I feel asleep multiple times throughout the process). Since you have to have your eyes closed for a long time, I’d recommend wearing glasses instead of contacts so your eyes don’t get too dry/irritated from being closed with contacts in.

They will ask you if you want the masseuse to walk on you, and to facilitate stretching of legs and arms during the massage. I tipped $20 for a 1 hour massage. Arrive 15 minutes early to ensure your massage starts on time.

She had a steamer on, she did masks and exfoliating scrubs, high frequency wand, and extractions, plus moisturizers and sunscreen at the end.
