It was a bit hard to relax with thin walls and loud neighbors. I would appreciate Spa music next time. She stepped out and was using her cell phone while my face mask was drying, that wasn’t a problem. When she came back to the room she didn’t wash her hands and it felt uncomfortable being a bit of a germaphobic. Overall, her work was good, ambience could be better.
