すべてのレビューを表示I love split-carriage classes! This is something unique to the PilatesBarre that I haven’t seen anywhere else, and it really takes it to the next level. Sara was great at explaining the exercises and keeping energy up early in the morning.

Heather does an amazing job giving cues and options depending on your energy/fitness level that day. We end class with breathing exercises which wraps up the class beautifully. Will keep coming back!

Her class is definitely challenging—your legs and arms will be shaking—but it’s so worth it. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Each song has its own combo and rhythm so theres plenty of variety and it’s not too hard to keep up. The class also ends with a slower cool down song where you stretch out. I will def come back to this one!

She was so sweet and friendly and really took her time breaking down the specific dance moves which was much needed for someone like me who doesn’t pick up the moves first time around. I wish the class was two hours long because class ended just as we got the hang of it! She teaches different styles and this time we learned a Kuwaiti version. I wore workout clothes and yoga socks but next time I’ll bring a scarf to wrap around my hips and maybe some ballet shoes without the grip on the bottom like my socks had.
