She checked people’s form and made sure we knew which part of the machine and springs to use at certain times. Other Pilates can be intimidating but Jeannie made it simple and helped build confidence. I would 10/10 recommend this class if you’ve never been on a reformer before!

I’m 23 weeks pregnant and working out has become anxiety ridden for me because I’ve been to studios where I’m made to feel like a burden for needing help with substitutions. Jessa was so kind and attentive to me willingly helping me get through the class and it empowered me and gave me some confidence back in myself I had lost. I’ll be forever grateful for her kindness she showed to me.

The class is high-energy with a great selection of fun music that really gets you moving. It strikes a perfect balance between being a fantastic stress reliever and challenging your mind with intricate choreography. Anna’s teaching style keeps things engaging and motivating throughout. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of fun and fitness—highly recommended!

すべてのレビューを表示The instructor is incredible, I was not prepared for high intensity, training. On my end, I wish I would’ve done more research for this class because I have a knee and shoulder injury. Although modifications are possible this class itself was not the best workout for me. If you’re healthy and all your limbs are good it’s great and you’re gonna love it but if you’re avoiding aggravation to any joint injury, I recommend cycle, which was incredible w the same instructor.

Good quad burn although not as challenging as other classes I take - still a good basics class. Note that you have to have socks in order to take the class at all, which I didn’t know before I arrived.

すべてのレビューを表示At first I felt odd, as this was my first time there, but after I told the instructor I was new, she welcomed me and helped me get set up. The workout was FANTASTIC. I loved how structured and intentional the class was; first working on one set of muscles (right side then left), next working on a different distinct set, etc. This barre class was also one of the only ones I’ve been to that gave a proper arm workout along with the legs, which was awesome!

すべてのレビューを表示Hilda was PHENOMENAL! She’s clear and quick and gives lots of instructions to make it easier or harder as needed. A real challenge that will leave you feeling great about what you accomplished. The only negative is that they could use more equipment as the last 2-3 people don’t get the smart bars.

So refreshing bc it’s a hard balance!! Her playlist are fire and diverse. The other participants are very welcoming and Lindsay led the way for that environment of community. Her class is definitely challenging—your legs and arms will be shaking—but it’s so worth it. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示This class was so fun! It was my first time and I worked up quite a sweat while following the instructor’s dance moves. Each song has its own combo and rhythm so theres plenty of variety and it’s not too hard to keep up. The class also ends with a slower cool down song where you stretch out. I will def come back to this one!

The facility was nice, your typical recreation center. The staff was friendly and flexible to let me complete the paperwork after the class.

Would haves loved to continue going but I’m used to step class with lot more space where everyone is stepping all over and around with bigger movements. Step classes are one of my favorites to do but this space was not big enough(tight)to put wide steps (had short steps) for the amount of members doing the class. Members had great moves though…I was impressed. 👍👍👍 thank you for the welcome.
