    This class was so fun! It was my first time and I worked up quite a sweat while following the instructor’s dance moves. Each song has its own combo and rhythm so theres plenty of variety and it’s not too hard to keep up. The class also ends with a slower cool down song where you stretch out.     I did the belly dancing class with Martha! She was so sweet and friendly and really took her time breaking down the specific dance moves which was much needed for someone like me who doesn’t pick up the moves first time around. I wish the class was two hours long because class ended just as we got the hang of it! She teaches different styles and this time we learned a Kuwaiti version. I wore workout clothes and yoga socks but next time I’ll bring a scarf to wrap around my hips and maybe some ballet shoes without the grip on the bottom like my socks had.
