すべてのレビューを表示WOW!! This Bollywood Zumba class was amaaazing!! The instructors went above and beyond; I felt like I was in a Bollywood movie or Indian wedding, AND I got an incredible cardio workout! Not only was the music, dancing, and choreography on point, the atmosphere they created really transported you across the globe! There were costumes, bindis, henna, Indian snacks, a live drummer!! I could go to this class every month, please make it a regular event!!

すべてのレビューを表示I have always been a bit apprehensive towards CrossFit due to the injury stigma it’s received over the years. However, my body needed a good hard workout so I went to try out CrossFit kingdom. Best thing I ever did! First everyone is so friendly and welcoming they have an incredible community. As soon as I told them it was my first time they made certain to properly teach me technique and give me that one to one. I’ve now gone a handful of times and I’m still getting that attention. Don’t let the reputation of CrossFit push you away, go check out CrossFit kingdom!
