すべてのレビューを表示Loved this format. I really like Melissa, I have ended up taking a weekly class with her and I’m really enjoying her teaching style. This class was a first for her and me. She did amazing and i loved how complete the workout felt. It was a full 45 mins, and it felt like such a great workout. Everyone in the class agreed. I’d be curious to try it with a tiny bit of heat. It had a lot of heavy weights on the arms which was hard because i have a shoulder injury, but i was able to modify and got a great workout in!
