It is a small studio. This allowed the instructor to be more hands on and attentive. I would highly recommend attending.

She made sure I was doing the moves correctly and the girls in the class were helpful and friendly too. Already know I’m gonna feel it tomorrow because I already feel it. Also experienced my first Pilates shake!

When I was thoroughly warmed up, she patiently guided me through some movements on the silks. It was difficult, but she didn't let me give up. By the end I was flying through the air!

Very soothing and calm voice and energy in the class. 1000% recommend booking this studio. Her verbal instructions were so detailed that I was able to close by eyes and focus on my breathing more. The studio was also stunning and so clean. This is the BEST jump board class I have ever taken and I hope to incorporate it into my weekly routine. If I could give it 10 stars, ⭐️ I would.

When the class started and there was music, I was pleased to know the instructor wasn’t going to use a microphone and that I could hear him without difficulty. The sequence was intentional and the level of difficulty was suitable. Will was a fantastic instructor. I’ll be attending again.

すべてのレビューを表示So happy there was a last minute opening. I am still a beginner (less than 5 classes) but I felt very comfortable. It’s not easy to find a studio that feels welcoming, but today was great. The instructor provided clear instructions and was helpful when I needed it. She also gave modifications for the more complex exercises. Great experience overall!
