すべてのレビューを表示I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the best hot sculpt class I’ve ever taken. The studio was spotless and aesthetic, the instructor Rose was INCREDIBLE, and the playlist was fire. It was the perfect mix of flow and challenging movements. Rose was highly motivating and curated a phenomenal full body burn. I’m very impressed and wish I lived here because I’d buy a membership. Will be back any time I’m in Miami!

すべてのレビューを表示first time taking Olivia’s class and it didn’t disappoint - her vibe *chef’s kiss* and the intentionality behind each move and sequence was definitely felt. Awesome music, fab instructor. It didnt feel as warm in the room as previous classes, but nothing to blame the instructor for. 10/10 class!

すべてのレビューを表示Honestly I have been to many mat Pilates classes, and this was one of the toughest and best classes I have ever been to - and this one isn’t even heated! I am so sad this studio is closing and it was my first time there today. Brenda was an incredible teacher. I love how much she focused on the warm up and breathing throughout the entire class. It made such a different in the workout. I hope to find Brenda at other mat Pilates classes in the Gables/Grove area and I hope this studio opens up again soon!!
