Checking in was super easy and everyone at the studio was very nice and welcoming. The class itself was amazing! Rose put us to work! Loved her sequences which were fun and challenging. Would definitely come back and recommend for everyone to try. Thank you! :)

すべてのレビューを表示I loveeeed this class because it had true Pilates principles and we moved with control, but still had some contemporary flair and some standing work like squats etc. The sequence made a lot of sense — core, side-lying, arms, then legs — and it was a great push without feeling like there was a lot of complicated choreography for TikTok. Playlist was FIRE, I love when a Miami local makes playlists; iykyk. The studio is very beautiful and the staff at the front desk were all friendly. My HUGE piece of constructive criticism though is to give the instructor a mic! Felt bad like she was having to yell over the music. A mic in a room that size makes the experience better for clients and more sustainable for instructors.

It is new movement so it ofc will take some adjustments and working on isolations to see progress however I will definitely return. They do not teach or break down specific techniques or isolations but it was fun.

Tasha brought such positive energy to the class and kept everyone motivated while encouraging us to push ourselves. She was also very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure everyone was doing each movement correctly, which I really appreciated. The studio itself is beautiful and very clean. すべてのレビューを表示Honestly I have been to many mat Pilates classes, and this was one of the toughest and best classes I have ever been to - and this one isn’t even heated! I am so sad this studio is closing and it was my first time there today. Brenda was an incredible teacher. I love how much she focused on the warm up and breathing throughout the entire class. It made such a different in the workout. I hope to find Brenda at other mat Pilates classes in the Gables/Grove area and I hope this studio opens up again soon!!
