I am excited to come back to this place, it’s very versatile with a grass area, boxing classes, weights, Pilates. すべてのレビューを表示This was an awesome experience but the beginner class was definitely not beginner. I wish the teachers had been more inclined to help orient a new person as well. One of them saw me come in and did not greet me, come over, or introduce themselves. It seemed like they were annoyed about something. The other one was friendlier but I had to initiate introduction.

すべてのレビューを表示I loved the set up of this no-gi jiu jitsu class. It was unlike any I’ve ever tried. Instead of drilling we played game based tasks with defined goals. Coach keanoush was really knowledgeable and and made the techniques easy to understand. It was a fun, unique way to improve skills!
