すべてのレビューを表示Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I underestimated the workout I would get from this class! You work your whole body in different sections and you can definitely feel it! The instructor was great with walking you thru each step and counting down so you knew where we were in the workout. I highly recommend and will be returning.
