すべてのレビューを表示This was a good full body workout. The instructor was helpful and encouraging, giving good cues and playing fun (loud) music. I liked that it was a full body strength class mixed with with barre movements. Like we used weights and bands. The workout was a lot of core work and glutes. Both of which kicked my butt. The studio is very cute. There’s plenty of free parking.

すべてのレビューを表示Absolutely loved this class! It was my first time trying barre and I’m hooked. Allison was such a great instructor, so encouraging and motivating. She helped each individual with what they needed to adjust and paid careful attention to everyone equally. Great class!

すべてのレビューを表示I absolutely loved this class! Melissa taught it and she was amazing. It was low impact and lots of fun. The space is so nice and they even have a sink near the main area so you can wash your hands after the class! 10/10 experience!
