すべてのレビューを表示This is without a doubt my favorite class of the week. I began this class because some yoga classes are too soft but a lot of pilates classes are too hard. Sophia gives a perfect blend of the two! I will take this class as long as it's offered and as long as she leads it.

すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed this class. I'm new in my fitness journey and this class includes people of all shapes and sizes which was comforting to me. I'm a slave to comparison especially when I don't have the endurance that others do. Shavone is so welcoming and encouraging to where I didn’t feel like doing the modified movements made me any less than the folks going full out. Thirty minutes is just enough time for me to sweat and not stare at the countdown wishing for the class to be over. Definitely will go back!

The moves were easy to learn, the music was great, and I got in a fun, easy cardio. My avg heart rate was 138 for the whole hour class and it didn’t feel like it because I was just moving and having a good time.
