すべてのレビューを表示The space was so calming! And Julie was very sweet. I have never done a yoga class, and had no idea what I needed to grab (mat, blanket, blocks, etc.) for the class. I approached her and she introduced herself and explained what was going to happen throughout the class. I really enjoyed the class and definitely will be coming back! The class itself was very slow (in a good way) and focused a lot on mind-body connection and getting into a meditative state. Definitely what I needed to start off my new year!

すべてのレビューを表示This was my favorite new class! The atmosphere was so positive, caring, and nurturing. It was clear that many participants were regulars who had become like family. The instructor did a fantastic job keeping the whole event lively and inclusive. She created a unique, safe space that encouraged many of us to break out of our shells and enjoy ourselves while getting a great workout. My abs felt burned from the effort, and I wasn't even emulating the dance moves right, so I knew that even the more experienced classmates were feeling the burn.

すべてのレビューを表示Really enjoyed myself. Was not at all intimidating for a newbie, though there were definitely many moves I couldn’t follow well. Lots of variety in people doing the class. Instructor was great. I can’t believe I twerked (or attempted to). Many times. I am very sore. But I will definitely go back. It’s a comfortable environment to be a part of.

I loved how accessible it felt & all that was included throughout the class—starting with warm ups, learning small easy steps individually, some time to learn a bit of choreo, a fun dance circle to foster creativity & an engaged collective community practice rather than everything being individualized, a short cool down/meditation/energy clearing. This class was everything!! Hope to take more classes at Flux + Flow and also with Miriam in the future!
