すべてのレビューを表示This is without a doubt my favorite class of the week. I began this class because some yoga classes are too soft but a lot of pilates classes are too hard. Sophia gives a perfect blend of the two! I will take this class as long as it's offered and as long as she leads it.

According to my watch it was a “hard” workout but I was having so much fun I didn’t event notice. Will definitely be booking again!

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first ever spin class and WOW WOW WOWWWW I was challenged in ways I didn’t know my body was capable to move. Shavone’s energy was so incredibly welcoming and upbeat. She walked me through the bike and was so encouraging and understanding of my specific limitations. The women in the class welcomed me and were so kind and willing to help my find my way to a bike that fit just right (so many different choices of bikes which I really appreciated!) I walked in so scared and anxious, and left feeling so amazing and fulfilled. I booked my next spin class with Shavone before I stepped out of the class. As a big fan of hip hop & r&b, the music was so good and there was a live DJ!! I’ll be back and I feel like I’m here to stay. Thank you shavone!! ❤️❤️

The instructor was great with walking you thru each step and counting down so you knew where we were in the workout. I highly recommend and will be returning.
