すべてのレビューを表示This felt amazing! I have been getting more into yoga recently for helping my mobility in my hips. I felt great after and it definitely made me feel better. The rooftop felt like hot yoga and it was a great low impact workout.

すべてのレビューを表示I love this studio and the instructors are the nicest out of anywhere I’ve been. I did heated mat Pilates sculpt with Vic & loved it. It’s more fast paced than regular mat Pilates but the instructor actually gives you time to hold poses instead of rushing through them.

すべてのレビューを表示This was such an awesome class if you are looking for a little more advanced yoga this is perfect. Instructor is lovely and pulled out some cool moves I have not seen before which was awesome to try new poses and stretch some different muscle groups.

It was life changing as several years later sound therapy is the one thing that works with my nervous system. I’m happy I found this blessing of an instructor again. The space is divine. Supportive energy flowing. As a yoga instructor myself I strive to learn from others. I will be back and will support this gem.

It was really unique and a small class, so more personal, with a fun feeling to it because we could laugh and joke as a class as well. I really liked it, would recommend 10/10
