すべてのレビューを表示MY FAVE!!!! Sadie’s format and personality keeps me coming back! I love how she sticks to the same order but with different workout sequences. She burns out each muscle group before moving on and I wish more instructors did that here! You can really see your progress this way.

すべてのレビューを表示Ell is a whole VIBE! So are her classes. She is funny, driven, determined, and is truly gifted in her craft of teaching fitness classes. Her classes have the best music, & I’m pretty sure my glutes got some of the best workout they’ve had in a while today. 🍑💪

すべてのレビューを表示RR Rec didn't update their schedule so the class I actually took was Les Mills Heavy and the instructor was Juliet, however the class was awesome! I would definitely recommend it.

すべてのレビューを表示Great class, Bella is excellent! It’s certainly a challenging class (hot power usually is) but there was a positive and lighthearted energy that I think would make anyone comfortable. Came away challenged and exhausted with more in my practice.
