すべてのレビューを表示This was an excellent class. The instructor was kind and Dave clear guidance and instruction. I felt like she explained the reformer very well before we began, and gently guided throughout the class. I would highly recommend this class if you haven’t done Pilates before.

すべてのレビューを表示The instructor was great! The flow was super creative which I liked. However, this is my second class here and in both classes there have been no cues at all. It really it just direction from pose by name to the next. If someone has not done yoga before this would be really challenging and hard to follow.

すべてのレビューを表示Nicole took us through a slow yet challenging practice. I loved that every part of my body was buzzing by the end. I liked how she gave options and reminders to keep breathing. It slowly transitioned to yin at the end. I felt amazing walking g out energized for the rest of my Saturday.

すべてのレビューを表示Wow, this warm yoga was comfortable and nurturing. Sandra introduced herself when I arrived and provided guidance and support. this was my first visit to the new Cultivate studio. I parked in the back and went right through the doors where the sign pointed "yoga this way." She also offered reiki during our practice and breathwork reminders. I feel amazing and will be back next Monday!
