すべてのレビューを表示So Fran is no longer instructing there, and I switched to Gabrielle. I was apprehensive but boy oh boy was she absolutely amazing. She was easy enough to follow for newcomers but super intense for those who like to push it. The flow was amazing, and I'm already hooked on this change.

The format of class is awesome where you do some stretching with the hammock and then learn some tricks and finally end with cocooning in the hammock and do some breath work and relax. Michelle is helpful when you need a easier version of something show in aerial yoga class
