すべてのレビューを表示Open gym was great! It was right after a hammock class so all hammocks were up which made it easy to hop into my own training since that’s what I wanted to work on. I assume if you wanted to use a different apparatus, it would be accommodated. Next time I’ll bring my headphones so I can listen to my own music (music in the studio was very zen spa type for this open gym session). I highly recommend open gym time! It was so fun!

すべてのレビューを表示Fwiw the trainer's name was Miko (sp?), n Thomas. Class was great! I showed up late, but I was the only participant so it was fine. the class is well-designed and challenging. Facilities are great. Instruction was warm and encouraging. Would definitely come again!
