Meggy is a very talented instructor in my view. Her verbal instructions are very on point that I didn’t even have to look up multiple times just to see what position she was doing. She guided us very well. It was just the two of us who showed up to the class and she personalised it for both of us based on our capabilities to be able to execute yoga with good amount of challenge. Highly recommend her class.

Teach Nao was super kind and gave good instructions throughout the class. Before we started, she explained the practice + explained the poses along the way. Her instructions were easy to follow. She also gave a good massage which I appreciated. We were only 2 students in the class so she was able to stretch our bodies and correct our forms more. Will definitely book her next class!

Such a fun beginner-friendly class! Started with a full-body warm-up before learning the Basic Pole Sit, Basic Pole Climb, and Pole Sit Lean. It was my first-ever aerial yoga class, and I had a great experience. Instructor Golf was very friendly, kind, and supportive throughout the class. He explained each step clearly, made the moves feel fun and easy to follow, and gave attention to everyone in the class. The studio space was smaller than I expected, but it was comfortable and worked well for the session. Overall, I really enjoyed the class and would definitely recommend it.

Intimate setting and a safe space. Coach Tammy was encouraging to us and helps us reach different poses. She gave tips on how to do each pose based on our pacing and flexibility. Overall, a good studio!

The instructor was nice! Despite being the only actual first-timer (I DMed them on instagram asking if it’s ok l, which Lvl1 technically is not a first-timer class lolll, but they said yes as the class didn’t have too many ppl), I was well cared of and learnt half of their flow routine— the basic mounting, spinning, sitting, etc. Great experience!

Such a welcoming studio! Took a break for a month and was super nervous about coming back, but Teacher Kim was amazing. She has the absolute patience of a saint and really guides you through the forms step-by-step without any pressure. The space has a great vibe and is perfect for beginners. Will definitely be booking again! 🤍✨

I arrived at the venue at 12:40 PM, only to be informed that the class actually started at 1:30 PM according to the venue's original schedule. I never received any notification from ClassPass regarding this schedule discrepancy, which resulted in a frustrating wait.
