They explained what the service I was getting did and how it would help me with the issues that I presented. My questions were welcomed and I got detailed answers on what it was I could expect from continuing services there. Waking up today, I saw an improvement in my sleep and also the pain I was feeling in my neck and back. I will definitely be back!

I know it’s not meant to be “hot” but when you’re doing very little or no movement, it helps to have some warmth or at least room temp…but the ac was on the entire class. (Just food for thought-Next time, I’ll bring extra layers.) It was a great class!

The men’s locker room has THREE showers, lockers, and ample space. I’d highly recommend this class, and this studio to anyone interested.
