すべてのレビューを表示I had a lot of fun in Kat’s class! Her playlist was 🔥 and I love that she ended the class with some acoustic Brandon Lake 🙌🏼. She was really sweet and I appreciate her reminders of when to inhale/exhale with each movement because sometimes I accidentally catch myself holding my breath.

The room has a light projector that has the most soothing light plus some lovely background music. It is a vibe! Dawn is so kind and supportive. Highly recommend their services. Obviously.

Sometimes there is a judgey vibe at other studios, but I didn’t feel that at all at this studio. They are accepting of everyone and there are even guys that attend the classes. Super beginner friendly and the instructor is so patient. She made sure to know all our names beforehand and ask if we had any injuries
