I feel like it’s pretty easy to be bad at instructing reformer pilates, but Haley is very thoughtful and intentional with how she teaches, while providing a great balance of energy, well-paired music, and overall good vibe. The studio is clean and beautiful. She has a lot of attention to detail which I appreciate - I will be back!

すべてのレビューを表示I’ve been into several Pilates class but this has definitely been the most challenging one. Few repetitions but killer exercises. I’ve never had my obliques hurt before and they are sore of the 20 repetitions we did for it. It’s a lot of credit but worth every one of them

すべてのレビューを表示The instructor gave amazing critiques! I was really sad when the class ended because it was so fun and engaging. The person working at the front desk was also super welcoming and kind. Sometimes there is a judgey vibe at other studios, but I didn’t feel that at all at this studio. They are accepting of everyone and there are even guys that attend the classes. Super beginner friendly and the instructor is so patient. She made sure to know all our names beforehand and ask if we had any injuries
