Only negative was it felt like some of the medium sized dumbbells were hard to come by, it was a very full class but luckily folks were willing to swap/share. The workout was challenging and effective and I will be sore tomorrow!

すべてのレビューを表示Well I never knew that rowing class was a thing. I have used rowing machines and enjoy the workout from it so this class really interested me. Kate was an awesome instructor. She thoroughly explained how the machines work and how to perform the strokes correctly. The class format had a nice build up of intensity with some time off the machines to do a bit of strength exercises. I will definitely be back for another class soon.

Not only did she take time before the class to show me how the equipment was used and my form should be, but she also checked in during the class, and after. The people in the class were so sweet and one of the woman in the class checked in with me afterwards and asked me how it was. This seems like such a great community of people and will definitely be coming back again! !!
