    Full Body Cardio & Conditioning

    This class wore me out! It was effective at targeting my whole body and I felt stronger afterward. I really appreciated how welcoming not only the staff were, but everyone else in the class. They encourage everyone throughout each circuit and DJ makes a point to know each person by name. The bouncy floors are great for relieving stress on the knees and DJ also provides modifications for each exercise we do for people who have back problems. I will definitely be back for a strength session.

    Fun dance moves and music! Also he throws in stretching and a few pushups so it’s a more balanced workout. The choreo was just challenging enough! But my sneakers were too sticky to the floor for spin moves so maybe bring shoes that could be more spin friendly lol. I just wish the class were a little longer.

    I have enjoyed coming here this far. This place was quite the discovery for me in a time where I needed to really release. It is a peaceful place to truly reset. Naturally, the experience is meditative. I feel present in my physical body during the experience. Laura, at the desk, was helpful to me on my first day.     Such a great instructor who provided fun modifications and care for each person. She is excellent. I just wanted to share my opinion, I prefer hot yoga to be extremely hot and humid personally although I know not everyone enjoys really hot temperatures during class and ask it to be lowered during class. I for one, really appreciate that hot hot yoga class but I’m afraid to say it because everyone else in class might hate me.

    The studio is a tanning salon, I know it sounds strange, but it works. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and the scent of the studio is great. The fit slim tread is located in the lobby, their facing outward, so you're looking out the window at the Almaden Ex. traffic. The music is playing loud enough to hear, but I put on my earbuds and fast-paced walked to the beat of my own tunes. You definitely warm up, but it's not overwhelming. I felt great after my session. I will definitely be back.

The instructor Phill went out of his way to make me feel encouraged and confident, while also providing an effective class. The atmosphere was great.     Great class! Joanne has an infectious energy and is incredibly motivational. There were at least 100 times that I wanted to quit but her cheering kept me going.     Daisy is amazing! She reminds me of a Barry’s instructor where she’s super motivating, hyped, and plans really challenging workouts that push me to sweat beyond belief. Her directions are clear and she counts you in for your next run type or strength exercise. Music is good though I wish she continued to play more hip hop because she teases you with a little and switches over to EDM and I’m like naurrrrr haha (minor detail but it’s so hard to find an instructor who plays good hip hop/trap music in these types of classes). Anyways, HIGHLY recommend Daisy!

    Such a great class. I hadn’t boxed in like 5 years and because of that I was definitely the least experienced in the class but didn’t once feel like I was out of my depths. Aaron was supportive, created alternatives for those with less experience, and motivated us to keep going (and supported me when I needed to stop).     I really enjoyed this class; my first Shred415 experience. It combined a great balance of treadmill work and strength training. I've been a runner, but these days my preferred style of exercise is weight lifting. Natalie was awesome and really helped motivate me to hit 1 mile on the treadmill in a 10 minute portion of the workout, which is definitely not where my pace would be any other day right now. The facility was clean and the amenities were a nice touch. They have two showers in the women's locker room, plus hair dryers, and some hair products, including shampoo and conditioner. I even saw some disposable razors. I'm also a fan of the brands of snacks they have for sale at the front desk, as they're all pretty clean, solid options.

    Kiera is a great instructor. She is engaging and encouraging as she actively walks around the classroom throughout the duration of class. Kiera also provides great cues for the treadmill portion of the class. She lets participants know what speeds are suggested and most importantly how long each "working" block is before recovery - so that participants can adjust their speeds accordingly. This is extremely helpful because on longer blocks you may need to scale the speed back and on shorter blocks you can push the pace. (Other instructors do not always do this which is frustrating) Great all around job Kiera!

    Full Body - Lower Focus (50 Minutes)

    I’m a pilates/barre/yoga/light weights/walk everywhere girlie, not a bootcamp/crossfit/lifting heavy/solidcore/runner, and so this class was not a style I enjoyed. BUT! If you do like that style of working out, this is a really great class - Justin is a phenomenal instructor, the music is loud and energizing, and his cues are clear and motivating. Three of these classes and I feel like you’d see a noticeable difference.

I really like Jela’s class because she gets you warmed up properly, pushes you during your sets with challenging exercises, while providing a really great structure to the workout.     Great workout, however very fast paced as a first timer. The workout group is split into two, one treadmill and one floor group. Treadmill portion was awesome, hard to miss the instructions there and the light jog-run-sprint intervals were perfect. For the floor workouts, if you don’t hear the exercises you fall behind a bit but can catch up by looking at others! Instructor talked a bit fast & the music was very loud, however I caught most of what he was saying. Definitely recommend for a fun/challenging class!

    First time taking Cardio 45 and it was definitely hard but a great way to get your cardio in during these triple digit days. Sarah is always super encouraging and cheering you on! Recommended for both runners and walkers!!

    Arms & Abs (50 Minutes)

    First time at this location and it blows away the River Oaks location. It was nice that they offer parking validation, makes parking a little least stressful if you don’t live downtown. Five dollars for a bottle of water was a bit insane lol, but that what I get for not being prepared. Phillips energy was amazing and I’m happy I got to attend one of his first classes back. I couldn’t have chosen a better time to come, it’s “hell week”. I plan to book during the rest of the week
