Before she began my facial she asked me so many questions about my skin (products I use, day time night time regimens, experiences with facials, etc.) and took the time to make solid recommendations that can help my concerns. Unfortunately the manager was running a bit late and another stylist asked her colleague to wash my hair and I could see in her face that she didn’t want to do it. After about 10 minutes she reluctantly washed my hair. At that point, I felt like walking out of the salon. It was unfortunate I didn’t catch the managers name because she turned my experience around. Super friendly, chatty and my hair looked beautiful. Thank you for a gorgeous blow out!

Although the music was relaxing, the harsh lights made it very hard to relax and enjoy the experience. I know that the techs need good lighting to work, but there must be another way. I’ve never had this type of experience anywhere else. By the end, I couldn’t wait to be out of there.
