I was surprisingly able to learn the choreography to a tango with no previous professional dance experience. Additionally, the studio was judgement-free and welcoming. Due to limited shoe options, I wore sneakers with smooth soles. It went well, so I would not let that be a reason not to book.

I was a bit unsure at first after seeing some mixed reviews, but completing the intake form ahead of time made the session smooth and efficient—I was able to use the full 50 minutes. Martin was professional, attentive, and really skilled at working out the knots I mentioned. He created a calm and relaxing environment, and I left feeling much more relaxed. Thank you!!

I loved the boots, especially with sore legs after a half marathon. The last thing was very relaxing — I actually fell asleep. Can’t wait to go back!

I then was taken to do the VI peel and was asked repeatedly my pain level on a scale of 1-10. I had done other more gentle peels before but this one was stronger. It was painful in the kind of way I needed but she did check with me several times to make sure the pressure was okay. I have never had someone get as deep as she. I love that she also stretched me as well. It was so good I called my husband and convinced him to book as well. It gave me that post massage endorphin rush because pretty sure she worked out all the stress I’ve been holding for the past 5 years.

About 20-25 minutes of the session was resting with numbing cream on, which then made the microneedling sensations feel similar to microdermabrasion (for me, at least). When it was all over, Natalya provided helpful aftercare instructions. My face is now very pink and I’m looking forward to seeing if I notice any benefits in the days to come! :)

It was challenging but he gave a lot of tips to make sure I made the most of my time. I did compression therapy with Madi. She was so sweet and checked on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable. すべてのレビューを表示I’ve had many lymphatic massages before but it was my first time having it here. Swan Day Spa was clean, and offered so many services. I had my massage with Linda, and although she did not give me entirely what I wanted (a soft, gentle lymphatic massage) she gave me what I needed. She assessed where I was tight and sore and what needed a detox and went to work. I won’t lie, there were moments where it was indeed very painful, but I knew this was for the better; that isn’t to say she wasn’t gentle during other parts if the massage—there were also times I felt incredibly relaxed and good. Whenever it got too painful I would let her know and she would adjust. She really took care of me and wanted to help me out and she did just that, because I feel much more looser, lighter, and energetic for sure. I was also very impressed with her use of the hot stones as well, I signed up for a membership too. Just be sure to communicate before and during the massage, you are in good hands.

すべてのレビューを表示Marvin took such great care of me from the second I stepped in to the second I left. Pre-massage he asked if I had any injuries or any areas I wanted to focus on. Asked if I was okay with him touching certain areas of the body, hands, feet, scalp. I asked if he could give extra attention to my hips and glutes and he explained the areas he would be touching and how the sheets would lay ensuring I was comfortable. The bed was heated and plush and calming music played. Marvin worked hard to loosen my shoulders and upper back, another area I had asked to focus on. He gave a great scalp massage, used hot towels and warm weighted cushions throughout the hour. He even asked if it was okay if we went over our time limit. Obviously I said yes. Post massage Marvin met me with a cold water and CBD cream for my shoulders. I left feeling relaxed and so well taken care of. Thanks Marvin!

Felt a little weak when walking like I’d done too many lunges and squats.
