Before she began my facial she asked me so many questions about my skin (products I use, day time night time regimens, experiences with facials, etc.) and took the time to make solid recommendations that can help my concerns. A teeny bit rough, but it was needed because my cuticles were so horrible and I had a slight ingrown nail which she asked if I wanted taken out, which I said yes. My toes look and feel gorgeous now. I had old gel on before which they charged $5 for removal, which was a good price to me. All of the tools they used came out of sealed packages as new, so they were very clean and sanitary. Definitely will be back.
