The owner herself did my last lift and it was a great first experience (I was so relaxed that I feel asleep multiple times throughout the process). Since you have to have your eyes closed for a long time, I’d recommend wearing glasses instead of contacts so your eyes don’t get too dry/irritated from being closed with contacts in.

She greeted me at the door and was super personable throughout the entire experience that she gave me instructions and tips. Rikki before my other other wax appointment and deluxe facial. The Row area is nice itself but the surrounding areas are not. I wouldn't recommend walking here. The address takes you to the parking garage which is different from the actual location so it took a little bit of time to find the spot.

I waited an extra 30 minutes before I was seated… The person who helped me apologized for the long wait and thanked me for being so patient. She finished removing the acrylics and buffing my nails within 5 minutes 😀

She’s super knowledgeable and helped me to understand my skin type better and what types of products would address my issues (in my case restoring moisture and for my type of acne glycolic acid right down to the appropriate percentage). すべてのレビューを表示FYI to other class pass users - the “half legs” for 17 credits under “lash services” is for a WAX, not lash extensions (even though the description says so) as a caveat I have never gotten lash extensions and wanted to try - and I thought “half legs” was just a term for a half set of lashes .. however when I got to the salon they thought I wanted to get a wax when I intended to get lash extensions. Since I drove all the way to Everett and the gel pedicure was of equal credit value , I ended up just asking to do a pedi instead (I had no interest in waxing) the workers at the salon were very flexible to pivot on the service and do a pedicure for me since I already booked a service. They did a great job with the gel pedicure - while not what I intended to go for, i would go back for future nail services
