The class does move quickly so I would’ve liked a little more info at each station, but I was paired with people who had been there before so that was nice. Except when the stations were only set up for 2 people at a time! But we made it work. Alyssa was very attentive and encouraging!

Unique poses & transitions. Definitely more Hatha than Vinyasa imo, but holding poses for longer is challenging! I was still able to be present because my muscles were working so hard LOL

Staff was friendly and explained the results in terms of wellbeing and prevention. I also did the infrared sauna pod, which helps with lymphatic drainage. It was really relaxing and was a good intro to their wellness model. I booked a few other sessions while I was there for the introductory package for things that are not yet offered on ClassPass, and I’m excited to return!

After the session ended I spoke to Kanan and received next steps. I left feeling more relaxed and my muscles less tight. One thing that needs to be improved is having someone at the front desk to greet customers. When I arrived there was no one there and I waited a good minute before anyone recognized that I was standing there waiting to be checked in.

The zero-gravity massage chairs with the ambient music make it really easy to unwind, and the 90-minute couples option was a great shared experience. We had a small issue with the chair during this visit, but the owner was very kind and helpful in resolving it. I also really appreciated how understanding he was when we had to reschedule the week before. Overall, a really calming experience and a great activity to do with a partner or friend.
