I had a lot of release in my body in areas being adjusted, watering eyes and yawning. I could feel mild therapeutic pain being released as well. It was very helpful and Derrick explained a lot about the process and made me feel very comfortable.

I shared with her that I am 3 weeks post partum and have been breast feeding our baby therefore I have been having lower back issues as of lately due to bad posture from late night feedings.. also I wanted to just relax. She felt all my areas of tension especially within the upper and lower back. She is very skilled and knows how to read my body’s specific needs. I love the use of essential oils which she incorporated. She also used warm towels to wipe off the lotion for certain areas. I will definitely be back!

After my first visit, the pinched nerve in my neck is much less irritating. My lower back issue is older and will take more time to cure. I plan on going back to address these two issues.

Susy was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain each step of the process and what I could expect. She made me feel completely comfortable throughout the sessions, patiently addressing all my concerns and even offering additional lifestyle tips that have been incredibly helpful. The massage was fantastic and I appreciate the consultation, which is thorough enough to inform them enough of where to focus and any add ins you should try. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. :) Only thing to note was that I added on hot stones, but didn’t really feel it was worth the price, because they were only used in the massage for a few moments and didn’t feel worth it.

It’s a Chinese run spot so you know the therapists know exactly what they are doing. Sandy gave me an amazing deep tissue massage and it was DEEP. She got into all the nooks and crannies and I left feeling amazing. I am going back to take advantage of their special promotion - $99 for a 50 min massage + 50 min foot reflexology. Lord knows NY’ers need it! They also offer a membership for a one time fee of $99 and you get a free 70 min facial on top of special membership prices and to top it off you and your friends and family can benefit from the membership pricing. The acupuncture was interesting. I didn't feel most of the needles going in, just a few but not too bad. Once they're in, the don't hurt and you relax with them in place for about 15 minutes. Afterward my issues decreased dramatically. I'll be coming back to see how it continues to help.
