    Aerial Beginner

    I really enjoyed Veronika’s class. She was very clear in instructions, eased you in to the experience and guided modifications for those who needed it. We worked through basics and got some time to really sit in each pose which I really enjoyed. Would definitely go back!

    My first time using TRX/suspension. I think this class was a good workout and not too difficult for a newcomer. The instructor does have a little bit of an accent so If you do not listen well, it may not be the best class for you. Would try again.
