Something about those red lights make me want to get to WORK! Definitely will be returning to this location while I’m trying to get in shape for my wedding.

It feels like at a lot of places instructors get caught up in the workout / aesthetic and leave out what yoga is really about. I’ve been practicing yoga on and off for about a decade and Abby reminds me why I fell in love with it. She brings a sense of peace to the class and truly makes it an experience about the mind, body, and breath. She is so knowledgeable, always encouraging, and always provides variations of poses to be inclusive of everyone’s ability. Couldn’t recommend her class enough!

すべてのレビューを表示Chela is awesome! She is such a charismatic Zumba instructor who makes class enjoyable and challenging. I’ve experienced my fair share of good and bad Zumba instructors, and Chela definitely embodies all of the good. Really liked this class. Lots of space and natural light in the fitness room. I’ve done Zumba many times before so it wasn’t too hard to follow along with minimal instructor cues. Zumba is all about moving and having fun so there’s no worry about getting all the moves right. Good music and energy all around.

すべてのレビューを表示Uma’s class was very relaxing. I liked how she offered modifications for poses, had a calming and soothing voice, and encouraged meditation and positive affirmations. The candlelight part of the class was underwhelming as they didn’t emit much light. I wish they had added more candles to add to the ambience. Otherwise, it was a good class.

There is toilet paper in hallways and on bathroom floor, trash full, hair everywhere. Recommend the studio does a better job with that aspect!

This was my second F45 class; felt iffy after my first at another location, but the FiDi studio and trainers are amazing. Everything was super clean, loved how there were two coaches circulating around the room, and everyone was super friendly. Will be back!!

すべてのレビューを表示Anamika is one of the best Yoga teacher this universe has. She takes you through an amazing journey while doing the yoga practice. She explains every pose, the meaning and impact behind it. She pushes you to reach newer limits of your body and at the same time gives you options to know your limits. My body has transformed since I started yoga practice with Anamika, and look forward to continuing my yoga practice with her!

Whether it be in Buffalo, Brooklyn, or Boston— I kept trying because it was always so recommended on ClassPass, and it was a nightmare of a feat each and every time. That didn't happen with Barrie. They didn't just explain the postures, but go through the flows with us, expand on our breathwork, teach us how to isolate, what other modifications would work for our personalized form and body capacity, etc. I really felt like this class changed my outlook on hot yoga as a whole, and I'd love to recommend a class with Barrie as anyone's first time, or to those who are nervous/anxious/frustrated with their routine going into this. Really happy I came, and will now be a happy regular!

She also provided space, without judgement or restriction, for us to make it more challenging or modified depending on what you needed (which was good for a mixed level group). Note: it’s not the most challenging class, so if you’re looking to break out major sweat and hit 2nd stage muscle — it’s less effective in that sense but it was honestly just the workout I needed for a Sunday reset on a fatigued day.

F45 classes who continuously improved their attendees' form and was kind, respectful, and thoughtful in his suggestions/modifications. Really happy with the Sunday Romans group— an especially great bunch full of comradery!

Recently, she has been including an arm balancing series that is challenging but fun and doable with practice. Highly recommend! Cons: the kettlebell options were limited (nothing lighter than 10lbs for straight-arm front raises); the training took place in the lower level of the studio which is like a dark dungeon, super depressing after a whole workday indoors. Don’t know why we didn’t use the upper level which has a wall of windows for natural light.

My second class with Shannon really cemented Mats being a hidden gem for me. After trying out countless other classes with trainers/instructors of varying skill sets, price points, and motivations, this is truly the best find yet! The instructor is warm, thoughtful, considerate, yet motivating and using evidence-based *intuitive* cues to make sure we're always checking in on our bodies. The mindfulness of the instructor really pushed the bar for me 😳💕 I've never been so consistent with my routine than with the team here. Thanks Mats!
