    As someone who takes a billion classes and teaches myself, I was impressed with this instructor! I love that she took the time before class knowing I was "new" to the studio to 1.) personally introduce herself 2.) give a clear explanation of what class would be like 3.) recommend best spots in the room if you like/dislike the heat. I am a fitness professional myself and I see so many instructors miss this opportunity to connect & create a great class experience for new people in the room. She also intentionally remembered by name to call out during class (which seems nominal), but is easier said than done in a room full of 30+ people while you're also remembering your class plan. Really nice work Marlee!!! From one instructor to another...Keep it up!!!👏🏻

    Did a TABATA class and it was great! The instructor was motivating, clear with her instructions and offered higher and lower intensity options for all rounds. It’s a short, 30 min class, so I found it easier to push myself, making the most of the time and full body workout. I’d definitely join the class again, and if you’re look for a quick, HIIT workout that you can really push yourself and get bang for your time, HIIT this class!

    One of the most complete classes I have ever attended! The instructor Emily Rosso was incredible! Clear, motivating and attentive throughout the entire session :) She explained every movement in detail, making it easy to follow while still keeping the class flowing smoothly! There were very few pauses but the pace felt perfectly balanced It was a challenging workout that truly targets the whole body and leaves you feeling stronger from head to toe As soon as I’m back in Boston I’ll definitely be coming back!!! 10/10! 💖

    Cam had all the energy for this 7 am class. Was in Boston for work and this studio was just down the street. Recommend bringing a separate set of shoes as there is a “no outside shoes” policy. Full set of lockers and locker/shower rooms if you need that. Music was the perfect tone and beat for what was a WORKOUT. For those familiar with Studio Three - reminded me of 3 x 3. Would highly recommend.

    Fantastic studio. What I really loved is the vegan cafe attached to the yoga studio. It creates a really nice experience, and the food is great. The juices looked really good too.     Nice slower pace with more spring load (light/heavy) options, clear demos and instructions, and overall less intensity. It was great for me having done a bunch of classes before but recovering from injuries. If it’s your very first time it’ll likely still feel fast-paced but easier to learn than regular classes.

    Well-rounded workout in that happy medium of challenging but not pushing too much. The instructor saying “good” a lot was encouraging affirmation. Even with a larger class she was paying attention to form and giving corrections. The assistant instructor was also very clear and more experienced seeming. The only thing I’d change is I don’t like doing crunches in Reformer classes because 1) it’s not really utilizing the Reformer that I pay a premium for and 2) it’s very hard on my neck. There’s so many other ways to work the core with Reformer.

    Class was a really good workout! A little humbling but manageable for sure! Studio was cute and the vibe was good! Incredible playlist. My only note would be that I would love some corrections on my form. There are some things I just know I’m probably doing wrong and I would love some notes on how to do it better!
