    The class was the most fun I have had working out in a while. I am SO GLAD this was my first ever group workout experience with ClassPass, I might just be signing up for F45 soon!!! Try it 100/10. The instructors were amazing as well, loved the energy. Had experienced classmates helping beginners with tips through the hour as well, great experience.

    Andrea was so good! She pays attention to form and is very helpful and motivating! I loved that there wasn’t so many people because that way you feel the trainer is paying attention to you. I’m from out of state but whenever I’m in town I’ll definitely be coming here. Excited for more classes!

    A$$ CLASS

    Pros: Anna did a good job leading the training and the exercises are interesting and varied. Cons: the kettlebell options were limited (nothing lighter than 10lbs for straight-arm front raises); the training took place in the lower level of the studio which is like a dark dungeon, super depressing after a whole workday indoors. Don’t know why we didn’t use the upper level which has a wall of windows for natural light.
