    Full Body Crush

    Great class, with a great instructor. She was very friendly. She gave me a quick run down on how to use the treadmill, and her weight lifting cues were very helpful. After 45 minutes, I left feeling like I had a great workout. If you're a beginner weightlifter, this class could feel intemidating, but give it a try!
