She demonstrates the movements and makes sure that everyone is getting it and cues us on proper form as well as offers modifications if myself or others are struggling with a particular movement. Ruby has made this beginner barre girly (I've never done an ounce of ballet in my life) want to keep coming back for more! :)

すべてのレビューを表示The class was so fun, the instructor was delightful, the studio was beautiful and it was overall such a fun experience! I’ll definitely be back here again. One thing I wished for more of was some one-on-one time so that I could get my form fixed a little more. Additionally there was this guy in class who kept staring at me and that was uncomfortable :/

すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed the class. It was engaging, well-structured, and a great workout. Courtney was an excellent instructor! Professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. She explained everything clearly and created a welcoming environment for all skill levels. The space at Harmony Health & Fitness is always exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the ambiance is thoughtfully tailored to each class, making it easy to stay focused and enjoy the experience. I would definitely recommend both the class and the facility.

Melissa explained all the movements and walked you through exercises. I was sore the next day in a good way so got a strong workout in. Would definitely recommend!
