I did 80 minutes and it was really worth it. すべてのレビューを表示My massage with Masa was genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had, if not the best!! He was very professional and nice, and genuinely cared about helping you feel better. I don’t get massages too often but when I do, it’s usually just a standard full body massage without any focus on pain points. I was asked to fill out a questionnaire in the office before my appointment for my preferences on pressure, areas to focus on, etc. and Masa did a fantastic job really working out those areas. It still was a very fluent and comprehensive massage but with an extra focus on the areas causing me pain. My neck and back have very stiff for a while probably from my posture sitting at work and it feels amazing to have my mobility back. Genuinely feel like a new person. Will 100% be coming back and requesting Masa😊

すべてのレビューを表示The massage was great. The only part that rubbed me the wrong way was before it even began my masseuse told me the expected minimum tip was $28. I had planned to tip that amount because it’s what ClassPass had suggested and it is 20% of the service so it makes sense but it sort of sets a bad tone to tell somebody what the “minimum” expected tip is before you’ve even performed the service.

I did the Deep Tissue massage and Rose did an excellent job taking the knots out of my shoulders, upper back and calves. She assessed the areas first and then applied the appropriate pressure. She applied a balm that felt very menthol-y and soothing. I loved how intentional and thorough she was. The service was great - she brought out drinks and my shoes on a tray post massage! I don’t have issues with tipping, but this was requested at the beginning of the class before I had even started the massage. The lady up front said that there is a notice to bring $28 in cash on ClassPass, but ClassPass only says people typically tip 10% - 25%. It feels like $28 is the requirement here.
