I would politely suggest that someone dust the fan towards the back of the room - it is cakes with thick dust and that can’t be good to breathe in. Also the toilet seat was covered in period blood underneath :/ I felt too weird to say that to the instructor in person and it was not from me or I would have cleaned it up.

Only thing that felt off was she spoke during Savasana, part of it was promo for some event which could be done at the end of class but she did a really beautiful dharma that I wish she did beginning or weaved into class. This was my friend’s first professional massage, they felt comfortable and were melting by the end of it. The space is nice and cozy. Sauna is nice and hot. They have water for sale in the front, or you can bring a bottle to fill up. Highly recommend!

It’s hard to fully put into words, but I felt a noticeable shift after just one session. The runes added a really interesting layer they were insightful, a bit fun, and surprisingly clarifying. His space itself feels incredibly safe, warm, and welcoming, which made it easy to relax right away. There’s a genuine sense of care in how he works, and even just his presence feels calming. I also really appreciated how thoughtful he was around my migraines by the end of the session, the tension I came in with had completely lifted. I’ve had reiki many times before, but this experience stood out as unique and deeply impactful. He’s also easy to talk to, which made the whole experience feel natural and comfortable.
