すべてのレビューを表示Orlando was the gentleman who helped me navigate the experience and he was amazing! The space was easy to use, clean and had a lot of amenities to ensure that no one got dehydrated. Since it is a gym, going after 12 provided a less busy experience, which allowed me to enjoy this spaces, practically by myself. I will definitely be coming back again.

My only minor suggestion is to maybe put up a monitor with the body rolling sequence (start with feet calves etc) since I’ve done it before I kind of knew the gist of it but can imagine for someone whose never done it before could be helpful to have as a guide! The studio is GORGEOUS and spacious, very luxurious. Will be back for a Pilates class next time!

I also tried the Salt Cave massage chair. I think the massage was a little too rough for me. I should have asked how to adjust the controls. I would definitely go back to try other services.

すべてのレビューを表示I had a one-on-one session and attended an ELDOA class led by Enquing at the Wellness Within Studio. In the personal assessment, I learned about my posture such as the curvatures of my spine, hip tilt and the placement of my feet. I learned how to activate my core and to decompress my spine. Both exercises taught in the one-on-one and ELDOA has helped to alleviate pain in a few days, while addressing the root issues . Enquing is professional, intelligent, a good listener, and kind. He is also very attentive! From the one-on-one sessions you receive detailed notes from him with a plan of action. I would recommend exploring the Wellness Within Studio, especially when you haven't gotten far ahead with your situation through physical therapy!
