Her workouts are tough but change frequently enough so one doesn’t get too used to them. She funny, friendly, and encouraging to all! I’m a regular at her Tuesday evening spot and always leave there in a better mood than when I started.

It’s hard to find a high difficulty yoga class focusing on inversions in the city and it was an amazing and informative class with warm ups and a workshop style section to end. Great energy! And also the studio is heated so that adds to the calorie burn and sweat during the class. I really enjoyed this class

The warm up series was really effective and had my core ready for the exercises. Marisa was a great instructor. She kept the class motivated and helped anyone with modifications and any questions.

すべてのレビューを表示The Row is the only place I can reliably get a great workout in where I know I'll sweat and burn at minimum 400 calories (according to my Fitbit!). For circuit training the cardio machines help me track my personal progress as my stamina has improved with each class and the owner and primary instructor Louis keeps things interesting with added weight focused exercise that you can progress on at your own pace with each class. How energy really helps you keep going and he's always available to flag down if you need help. Only spending 2 minutes at each station also makes it so you don't feel stuck doing the same exercise for too long. I've personally improved so much in the last year. I found out working out 3x a week really makes the extra difference from 2x.

She helped us correct our form, gave encouraging feedback, and kept us motivated the whole time. The class was fun but definitely intense, you’ll work up a serious sweat. Sometimes you get trainers that aren't receptive to the fitness of the student or sometimes coaches can be too laxed; I prefer Steven because his training feels balanced and informed.

Definitely a bit overwhelmed (and should have had the coffee before a 6 am class) but Lee and others were very welcoming and patient. I’m used to mostly bag work in boxing classes so this was a refreshing change. Positive vibes and tough love. Check it out.
