    Amazing hard workout! My quads were crying my the end. Great mix of plyo, heavy lift, conditioning and strength. Really friendly folks in class, lot of camaraderie and focus on getting in a killer workout. Instructor had great energy and good cues. Would definitely come back. Prob not great for beginners as we just got right into it, but as a former college athlete, this felt like home. :)

    The class was amazing! You are surrounded by other strong people and that is very motivating. If it’s your first time in a class like this, it won’t be easy, but the energy and the results you see around you keep you going . The coach was fun, and the class was intimate.     I just had a full row class with Maggie, and she’s an absolute powerhouse! Her energy is contagious, lifting up the whole class even when you’re feeling low. I’ve never felt so energized after a cardio session. She also gave me feedback on my posture and rowing technique, which made a big difference. I’ll definitely be signing up for more classes with her!

    I’m really getting scare about the future of Row House really hope this location stays put. It’s my favorite workout. All the other locations closing out of nowhere has been frustrating, hope the owners get it together this is a great workout with great staff they’re messing with.
