I understand that biking can target core but your other absolution classes are floor work so I think most people will assume it’s that.

Loved the instructor’s positive attitude and encouragement! *Definitely should know basic yoga before going however because it’s a full class and because it’s 45 minutes not a lot of time for explaining/instructions but if you need it the instructor will absolutely assist.

I’ve only taken class with her twice and it has left me relaxed with a slight burn. I would say her classes definitely lean to beginner when it comes to difficulty.

すべてのレビューを表示Lindsay was a great instructor and super accommodating when I told her I was recovering from an injury. Class was still a good push even though I had to make a couple modifications. Only thing I would suggest is avoid having music that has fade-ins/outs -- it's usually not an issue but having tempo definitely helps!

Also Libby in the front desk made my day, literally made my day. She was so helpful and so friendly, I was late and was so confused, but she guided me the right spot and setup and rescheduled time and else. Super helpful.

Define is such a great workout - one of the best I’ve had at Pure Barre! The instructor at the front desk was also extremely accomodating and gracious in helping me set up when I was rushing in at the last minute! (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name!). The only con was that the room was a little warm, but the AC kicked in great at the end. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The stretching was perfect and I like that she really focused on long holds, so many instructors don’t understand the importance of stretching to make it actually impactful.

Marisa was really welcoming and makes a great class that you can follow along whether you’re a beginner or experienced. I would imagine this would be a hard class for a total beginner, but if you’re looking to dig a bit deeper into the logic and anatomy of Pilates, this is a great class to attend.

I appreciated that she shared their membership options from a neutral position - highlighting the the pros/cons of classpass vs membership. Christine was great and being a small class I felt she was able to pay attention to everyone and their form. It truly felt like a full body workout and I loved the quick transitions. Lastly, the credits per class are fair/what I would expect.
