    LOVED!! The place is beautiful cute and cozy. Everything you need is pretty much there minus showers which is okay. The class was honestly great. Great warm up. Full body workout had every part of my body shaking. Also loved that there’s stretching and breathing towards the end of class. Which not many places do.     Folami is an awesome teacher! She’s so kind and warm, and she made an effort to build a relationship with everyone in the class. Her class was a bit faster and more high-energy than I’m used to, and some parts felt almost cardio paced - though it did slow down a lot by the second half. I also felt like she chose great exercises. Sometimes I struggle to feel an exercise in the right part of my body but today I felt like everything was hitting in all the right places.     Lindsay was a great instructor and super accommodating when I told her I was recovering from an injury. Class was still a good push even though I had to make a couple modifications. Only thing I would suggest is avoid having music that has fade-ins/outs -- it's usually not an issue but having tempo definitely helps!

    Pilates Reformer/tower

    The traditional reformer is my least favorite type of reformer but hopefully with time it will change and I will grow to like it. I was hoping to work with the tower a bit (my favorite ) but it wasn’t part of the sequence I think. I found it a bit challenging but overall it was a good workout, today’s session was more core focused but I am sure I will definitely feel it tomorrow meaning it was a great workout regardless! This was my first time taking a Pilates reformer class at this location although I’ve taken other classes here. I enjoyed the city views and Spencer was helpful and clear in his instructions as always.

    Sadi is amazing! Her class was super effective and got me the burn I was looking for and a little lift in my heart rate while still being low impact.     Incredible class! Instructor was so engaged and she spent a lot of time in the beginning to help neutralize our spine for ab movements which is really helpful. She gave very thorough cues, demonstrated every movement and gave many variations for each of them. The flow of the class was perfect in my opinion .. starting with floor abdominal workouts to upper body, legs and then back to abs. I feel incredible and definitely booking again!

    This was a challenging class for a beginner, but I really loved it! Alexandria was super attentive, always correcting technique and positioning to make sure I got the most out of the workout. I only wish there was a modification offered for the ab section, which I struggled with a bit. Overall, I learned what I need to work on and got some great tips to improve my form.     Shannon C is an AMAZING instructor! She used to teach at my gym and I specifically took this class at The DRIP just to take a class led by her again. She is so encouraging and attentive. She gives a challenging class that encourages people to push themselves, but also reminds us to listen to our bodies and give ourselves grace. This combo of being challenging, encouraging, and attentive makes for a great class that I highly recommend. Definitely going to take again!

I appreciated that she shared their membership options from a neutral position - highlighting the the pros/cons of classpass vs membership. Christine was great and being a small class I felt she was able to pay attention to everyone and their form. It truly felt like a full body workout and I loved the quick transitions.     Its our first irst time to take this class and Nana is very helpful, she provided us with the right equipments to use prior to start of the class ( just arrive a little early) She moves around to check our forms and making sure we are executing the exercises correctly.
