すべてのレビューを表示Very friendly and sweet teacher. Love the pace of the class. A good combination of barre, guided stretching on the barre and on the floor, and movement across the floor. She packs a lot into one class, which makes it a very good overall training and workout. Would recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示The class was so fun! Music choice was great and the instructor was fun, energetic, welcoming & gave out affirmations- which is very motivating 🙌. The studio is nice, they have coat rack & lockers (bring lock if you care to lock it up) for your belongings. The women restroom have sanitary pads & tampons, which is so helpful. The owner of studio checked me in, she was friendly and easy to talk to. Will definitely be back!
