すべてのレビューを表示Great class! Really tough and enjoyed the 5 min splits. The parachute ending is so good to get the heart rate going for a final push. JC also really operates the music and lights to pace the class which makes SUCH a difference!

So great to such an advanced movement that’s regularly taught in group classes, but great cues from Kimmi to give everyone the confidence to try progression that worked best for them! 💚💚
