Chloe explains everything in detail and makes sure that everyone’s form is correct throughout the class. And she’s so motivating! The class has a really fun vibe, best Friday evening plan to attend her class, you’ll leave exhausted but super happy

    Strength.

    Hands down best non-spin class I’ve been to at Oncore before. The instructor was really fab, actually correcting people and even pushing a bit for stronger weights. Both things I feel the HIIT/ strength classes miss at oncore usually.

    Brand new gym in Camberwell, really nice setup with loads of squat racks, free weights, cable machines, all brand new and shiny. I was the only one there for the class so Filip gave me a great PT session for an hour. Suspect that won’t be the case for long once they get a reputation for some good classes.
