    Such a great class, Chloe is the best! The exercises are targeting the whole body, and you can make it as challenging as you want, as you choose the weights that you work with. Chloe explains everything in detail and makes sure that everyone’s form is correct throughout the class. And she’s so motivating! The class has a really fun vibe, best Friday evening plan to attend her class, you’ll leave exhausted but super happy

    I have a few medical issues which meant I had to leave the class early and Kiel was awesome in making me feel supported and that I was okay, as well as being super motivating up to that point with gear energy - and very much feeling the burn today!!

    Paola was great! She really helped push me where needed and knew exactly when to adjust weights/ give corrections. The studio is spacious and clean with loads of new equipment. A super friendly and welcoming studio which can be hard to find so will defo be going back.
