    Katie was such a great instructor who was friendly and non-judgemental. Really talked you through movement and breath so that you got the most from the workout. Great range of exercises with progressive steps if you wanted to add on. Would love to come back to a class with her!

    Such a great class, love Nat’s Pilates! So challenging, but easy to follow, and there’s a lovely meditation at the beginning and at the end, I couldn’t imagine anything better for a Saturday noon! The only bad thing of being away on holiday was not being able to come to her class 🥲 though fortunately I got an online membership which helped!

    This was literally one of the best barre classes I’ve been to - the energy and the music was fabbbbb and literally everything burned. It was the perfect amount of reps per set and made the class so really quickly (in a good way!) so so good 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

    This class was so much fun! As a regular on the reformer, the addition of aerial was a pleasant challenge especially the inversions. The trainer was really good and I found her instructions clear. The studio wasn’t super fancy but they didn’t have too many beds in the class so the trainer could correct people’s form and offer help one to one.

    I enjoyed this class. The venue was really clean, and the staff I had spoken to seemed really friendly and not intimidating at all. At points, some of the routines felt a little bit basic or repetitive, and in others it felt like the instructor could have given more information eg: could have said starting on left/right or announcing before the movement changed. Overall, I would go back and be interested in trying out the other classes available :)

    Strength.

    Hands down best non-spin class I’ve been to at Oncore before. The instructor was really fab, actually correcting people and even pushing a bit for stronger weights. Both things I feel the HIIT/ strength classes miss at oncore usually.
